No power means when you press the power button on your PC, you're getting no movement from the machine, no lights, no fans, nothing. This is generally down to either a loose connection, a motherboard or power supply issue. Can you do the following and see if you're able to get the machine to boot:
Firstly, rule out a loose/faulty connection by trying a different mains socket, check that the switch on the PSU is set to "I" for on, and check that the Main Connectors are plugged into the motherboard ( 8 Pin CPU, 24 Pin motherboard connector)
If there are no loose wires, I would start by clearing the CMOS Battery on the PC. This is a small little silver battery, and are located towards the bottom of the motherboard but are sometimes underneath the Graphics Card. Here is how you can remove your GPU - https://youtu.be/Lgx5VOx5oCw. The clear the CMOS, do the following -
1. Turn off all peripheral devices connected to the computer.
2. Disconnect the power cord from the AC power source.
3. Remove the computer cover.
4. Find the battery on the board. The battery may be in a horizontal or vertical battery holder, or connected to an onboard header with a wire.
5. Remove the battery:
1. If the battery is in a holder, note the orientation of the + and – on the battery. Gently pry the battery free from its connector.
2. If the battery is connected to an onboard header with a wire, disconnect the wire from the onboard header.
6. Wait 30 minutes, then reconnect the battery.
7. Put the computer cover back on.
8. Plug the computer and all devices back in.
If the CMOS clear hasn't worked, it's likely the Power Supply has failed. Please test your Power Supply using the paperclip method - Testing your power supply.
If nothing happened when you tested the power supply (no movement at all), then the PSU is dead and will need replaced. Let me know how you get on or if you need any further assistance.
