How to cancel your order

This article will outline how to cancel an order, before you have received it.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you will need to do so by contacting our sales team. Please ensure when cancelling an order you have your web order number ready. For security purposes only the named account holder will be able to cancel an order, please do not make a cancellation request on behalf of another.

Please note: Where the "seller" accepts an order cancellation request, due to the custom nature of the products being purchased, the "seller" reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £30 ex VAT per custom system being cancelled.
