How to reinstall your display drivers with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)
1. Download your GPU driver from your manufacturer's website, but don't install it yet.
a. For Nvidia GPUs: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
Select your GPU using the drop down menu and click search
b. For AMD GPUs: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Search for your product and press submit
c. For Intel GPUs: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/discrete-gpus/arc/software/drivers.html
Press 'Download here'
2. Download the latest version of DDU by visiting https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=5, clicking on the top post which is called "Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) VXX.X.X.X Released", and clicking *** Download DDU Installer ***
Click the link at the top of the forum, this is the latest version
Ignore any advertisements on the page and only click *** Download DDU Installer ***
3. Open the program you just downloaded, and install DDU.
Double click on the file you downloaded to open it
Click 'Next' and then click 'I Agree'
Leave the Destination Folder as default and click install. Once installed uncheck the Run and Show Readme boxes and click finish.
4. Open the Start Menu, click the power icon then hold Shift on your keyboard and click Restart. Once your PC has restarted, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart, and press 4 to load into Safe Mode.

Select 'Troubleshoot' and then 'Advanced options'
Click 'Startup Settings' and then press '4' on your keyboard to boot into safe mode
5. When the PC has restarted, open DDU by clicking on the Icon on your desktop. On the right side of DDU, select GPU, and either AMD or Nvidia, depending on your Graphics Card brand, then click Clean and Restart.
Make sure you select the correct brand graphics card in your system, if you're not sure just ask
6. Let DDU do its thing, you may see the screen flash or switch on and off, but don't worry it just means it's working. Once you're back into Windows, install the GPU drivers you downloaded earlier.
For Nvidia, just agree to the license terms, click next and make sure to choose Express installation
For AMD, just click next until you see 'Install' and click that to install drivers
For Intel, Click Begin installation and follow the steps
