Returns Information
This document details our returns terms and conditions, as well as providing useful information. Please ensure this document is read carefully.
As we are providing a pre-paid returns label, please note the information below as this is very important to ensure all necessary measures are taken, to cover both yourself and us during transit of your return.
Failure to meet packaging requirements or terms outlined below may result in damage caused to the system during transit, which if caused by negligence of these requirements, we will not be held liable, and any subsequent repair cost will be passed on to the buyer.
Packaging Requirements
When returning your purchase, it should be returned to us as was sent out originally to yourself, with all of the original internal packaging, outer packaging and accessories intact.
We also require you to remove any previous delivery labels, returns numbers or order information to prevent any confusion with your chosen courier, and to ensure smooth processing by our returns department upon receipt.
If you no longer have access to the original packaging, you will find more information on what replacement services we can offer at the bottom of this article.
Return of Goods:
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to arrive to us safely. Although your goods are being returned via one of our partner couriers the goods the customer still has a duty of care until the goods are delivered back to us, we will not be liable for any goods that arrive to us damaged due to inadequate or poor packaging. The original packaging provided is up to the required standard, in addition to our flat-pack solution as confirmed with our courier partners.
With the constantly increasing size of modern day graphics cards it is essential internal packaging is also included in your PC when shipping it back to us. Without this additional packaging your systems graphics card and motherboard can become damaged very easily. If you no longer have the internal packaging solution, please reach out to our support team who can advise further.
Damaged Goods - In an instance where goods arrive to us damaged, this will be documented and all information provided to you. If the packaging used is deemed to be of an appropriate standard we will resolve the issue without concern, liaising with the courier and insurance appropriately. If the packaging is deemed incorrect, inadequate or not containing vital parts such as the polystyrene inserts or internal packaging then we nor our courier partners accept liability, and we will reach out to you to advise potential options to resolve the issue.
Incomplete Goods – If goods arrive to us incomplete or missing essential parts of the unit, we will reach out further to request this to be rectified, in instances where missing parts are no longer available but required, we may be able to provide a quotation to replace these parts upon confirmation of price from the original equipment manufacturer.
Employee Safety:
When sending goods to CyberPowerPC UK, any goods which are not returned in a satisfactory condition will be rejected upon receipt and shipped back to the returns address on the completed returns form.
All returning goods need to be in a clean, sanitary condition and must not pose any health risks to any employees at CyberPowerPC UK. We suggest sending goods back in the appropriate packaging (as advised above) and do not include any household garments such as towels, clothes, curtains, etc. as these will cause the return to be rejected.
Warranty Terms:
We cannot be held responsible for loss of data, or need to remind you about backing up your data. Your data is your responsibility and you should take all necessary precautions to ensure safety of your data, by organising appropriate backups.
When a system is returned to ourselves (or the original equipment manufacturer) for repair, a replacement of the boot device or a reinstallation of the operating system may be required, this will mean any previous data stored on the device will be lost.

In circumstances where your original packaging is no longer available, for standard systems (mid or full towers) we may be able to provide a paid-for packaging service. Please note: this is case dependent and we may not have suitable packaging for all custom systems.
